Mr Jordon’s vast management background includes leading large P&L’s, Global operations, professional services, supply-chain technology and global procurement for a large number of international customers, carriers and shippers.
In his current role as CEO of E*Fill America he is tasked with leading Americas Premier ECommerce & Fulfillment Logistics Network Provider.
Prior to joining E*Fill America, Rick was SVP/ COO for Panalpina Americas where he led the Logistics Product Strategy and Operations teams throughout North and South America.This group included all LMS (Logistics Manufacturing Solutions), warehouse and distribution, ground transportation and supply-chain engineering. Prior to joining Panalpina in 2010, Mr Jordon was a Vice President at AlixPartners in their Logistics and 3PL Practice where he was part of the team that led due diligence and acquisition/ merger advisory work.
Mr Jordon’s career has also included time at some other well-known companies including: Procurian/ Accenture; BDP International; Manugistics; Peregrine Technologies, and FedEx. Mr Jordon holds a Master’s Degree in International Logistics from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University.
Ken founded, and created the vision for E*Fill America, Inc. With its unique service provider/shareholder model, E*Fill is able to offer over 175 locations and 50 Million square feet of distribution logistics capacity to its clients on a variable cost basis.
Ken is also Co-Founder, President, and CEO of RoadOne Intermodal Logistics, and is responsible for the company’s overall leadership, vision , strategy, growth and development. RoadOne is one of the country’s leading providers of intermodal transportation, container terminal operations, and related logistics services.
Ken was also one of the founders of RoadLink , the largest provider of intermodal trucking and workforce solutions in the US from 2000 – 2012. Ken served in multiple roles from Chief Commercial office to President during his tenure there and helped to develop and implement the strategic vision of RoadLink.
Ken founded Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, Inc. in 1988, growing the business from a standalone warehousing company to New England’s premier intermodal transportation and terminal services operation. Over a 10-year period, Kellaway became New England’s largest, full-service logistics company offering “Single Source Logistics Solutions” to both international shipping companies and importer/exporters alike. Kellaway was selected as an INC. 500 company two years in a row.
A true entrepreneur, Ken has also founded and launched multiple other companies in both the consumer goods space, food services, and logistics venues.
Prior to founding Kellaway, Ken held management positions at Ryder Truck Leasing. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and MBA from Babson Business School.
Mr. Wilson brings over 30 years practical supply chain management and warehousing experience gained through marketing and sales roles at UPS Supply Chain Services and Exel Logistics in both domestic and international positions. His understanding of supply chain network design and execution also reflects experiences gained during various projects during his six years in the supply chain practice at A. T. Kearney. Mr. Wilson received a Masters of East Asian Studies from the University of Kansas in 1976, and a Masters in International Business Administration from Thunderbird University in 1978.
Joseph Parece is an experienced finance executive with 30 years experience. He is a results-oriented controller with outstanding managerial and analytical skills.
Most recently, Joe was the controller for Subsalve USA Corporation, an innovator in the design and manufacturing of engineered inflatables since 1977. Previously, he spent 10 years as controller for Roadlink, USA New England, LLC., where he oversaw all aspects of accounting operations including, cash management, payroll, accounts payables/receivables, and financial reporting. Earlier in his career he was General Ledger Accountant for Calore Freight System, Inc.
Amy L. Miller joined the company in July 2006. Amy brings over thirteen years of warehouse and logistics management experience running various 3PL facilities. Amy has a successful history running fulfillment operations for companies such as New Balance, BJ’s, Reebok and Capital Garments. In her past life with New Balance Amy managed a 250,000 sq ft facility. Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in pick and pack, CFS and pallet in/pallet out.
Kendall P. Kellaway III leads communications and marketing efforts, as well as national sales efforts. Kendall also heads national accounts for a major intermodal logistics player, and E*Fill America partner, RoadOne Intermodal Logistics. He has experience launching and running several start ups in a wide range of industries prior to entering the world of logistics. As an undergraduate, he studied entrepreneurship at Babson College in Wellesley, MA
